Weekly Dog Walking

Depending on your dogs individual needs, we’ll customize a visit according to your requests. That could be a long walk, playtime in the yard, enrichment games, or even some basic training! Also included, we’ll wash & refill water bowls, feed if needed, give medications, bring in empty trash/recycle bins from the curb, and/or grab the mail.

Unlike many other companies, we do NOT charge for additional pets. If you have 1 dog, or 100, we only charge for our time. However, if you do have multiple pets and/or very detailed instructions, we ask that you please take time into consideration when booking as it may take us a bit longer to complete your pet care routine than you.  If not enough time is booked and visits take longer than the time requested, we will ask you to book more time going forward or there will be surcharges for the additional time.

Weekly Dog Walking is only available Mon – Fri. between 9am-6pm. The only exception to this is if a major Holiday falls on a week day. Services are available, but must be requested via the client portal scheduler and will be charged the regular rate. Walks are booked in a 2 hour time frame within those hours(Ex: 9a-11a, 10a-12p, 11a-1p, Ect.) Your Dog Walker will arrive anytime within that time frame. It is very difficult to determine an exact time of arrival when we have to factor in traffic, weather, & other pets.  As I’m sure you know, dogs can sometimes decide to have a time frame of their own and a previous visit can unexpectedly take longer for many reasons. All time frames are on a first come, first serve basis and we can only book a certain amount of walks in that time frame. Contact Us to see what’s available.

When you book services for the first time, management will discuss your schedule and set the recurring service up for you in the client portal. The system keeps your services booked months in advance, so you do not have to request them over and over, or ever actually. Additional services may be requested as needed. Any changes you’d like to make to your schedule after it’s set can be done via the client portal.

Payments are made via the client portal. We do require you to keep a Credit Card on file as this is an auto-mated recurring charge every Sunday prior to the upcoming week. Invoices are sent out mid-week as a reminder and changes or cancellations can be made via the client portal. Please see our Policies page for more details about changes and cancellations.

What if I only need 1x walk per week? If you need regular Weekly Dog Walks, but only for one walk per week, we’re happy to set up that recurring service for you. It would be at the Pet Sitting visit rate, which you can see by visiting the In-Home Pet Sitting Services page. If you don’t have a set schedule, you can request visits as needed at the regular rate as well.

The only surcharge you are subject to with our Weekly Walks Service is a Last Minute Surcharge of $10 which applies to ANY schedule change or request made less than 24 hours in advance. See the Policies page for more details on surcharges and when they are applied.
