During transport, we use your carrier if one is needed and pets without one will be safely secured in a carrier of our choice. Large dogs will be safely secured with a doggy seat belt. Cats and other small animals MUST be transported in a crate or carrier, we will not transport loose animals other than large dogs.

Your Pet Care Professional will pick up your pet(s) from your home and transport them to the Vet, Groomer, Daycare, or Boarding Facility(OR Vice Versa – from the facility to your home). Price includes up to 30 Minutes of time, total. And up to 15 miles of travel, total. If either of those are exceeded, additional charges will apply. See additional charges below.

Your Pet Care Professional will pick up and transport your pet to the Vet, Groomer, Daycare, or Boarding Facility. If it’s a quick visit, we can wait there to transport them home. If not, they will drop your pet(s) off, and come back to take them home when ready. Price includes up to 1 hour of time, total. And up to 30 miles of travel, total. If either of those are exceeded, additional charges will apply. See additional charges below.

Any additional time past the time allotted will result in a charge of $5 per every 15 minutes(rounded up from 5+ minutes or more). Any additional mileage past mileage allotted will result in a charge of $.50 per mile(rounded up). Exceeding both – both charges apply. Please consider this when booking during heavy traffic time such as between 7:30-9:30am and 4:30-6:30pm. Unforeseen or out of ordinary traffic conditions such as vehicle accidents, extreme weather conditions or unreported detours/construction will not apply. We know these things are out of our control. If we are aware of these in advance, we may make alternate plans for an earlier or later pickup/drop-off. When considering mileage – For a One-Way trip, map the route from your home to the location. For a Round-Trip, map the route from your home to the location and back to your home. That is what will be tracked as mileage.

Doggy Baths will be done at your home in your preferred area such as a shower, tub, or outdoors. All baths include: brushing before bathing, shampoo with your products or ours, rinse, towel dry, and final brushing. Since some dogs will still be somewhat damp after this service, they will be left according to your instructions(i.e. crated, confined to a room, or loose in the home.) We will not leave any animals outdoors unattended. Often a quick walk outside will help with the drying process, and our 15min. Visit is a great combo with your Doggy Bath Service.

For a small up-charge of $10 we will bring and use our own dog towels, brushes, and bathing products. We only use Earthbath brand Shampoos, which are made in the USA with natural, organic ingredients. All Earthbath Shampoos are non-toxic,  paraben & sulfate free, phthalate free, and phosphate free. They will not wash off topical flea applications and are safe for all dogs over 6 weeks old. You can choose from the following Shampoos:

• Dirty Dog – Contains Orange Oil, which is recognized as an effective deodorizer, degreaser, and fur stain remover. This shampoo will bring out the sheen and natural highlights of their coat.
• Oatmeal & Aloe – Itch relief shampoo for dogs with dry, itchy skin. Oatmeal (3%) and organic aloe vera combat skin irritation, promote healing, and re-moisturize sensitive, dry skin.
• Hypo-Allergenic – For dogs with skin allergies and sensitivities. This mild, hypo-allergenic, tear-less shampoo is free of any fragrance or coloration.
